TRANSFER POINT BUS-RAIL RAIL
On 03.09.2003 the new transfer point bus-train-rail was opened. Located directly at the train station, it not only offers the possibility of reaching the neighboring municipalities via various bus lines, but also enables you to switch directly between rail, bus line and city bus traffic. The bus-train-rail transfer point is the center of public transport in Bad Langensalza.
With the company Salza Tours the idea for an inner-city regular service was born. On October 18, 1993 the one-year pilot project “City-Busverkehr” started with 2 lines. From this point on, the city bus operated 3 lines with 22 stops every 30 minutes on weekdays and every 60 minutes on Sundays.
