In 2018 the tourist information was awarded the quality seal “Service Quality Germany Level II”. With the training and quality seal program, the companies consistently analyze their services from a customer perspective in order to optimize internal processes sustainably and continuously. This is how we offer our guests an exciting service. In 2013, the tourist information received an award as the friendliest and most service-oriented tourist information at the ITB.
Some of our employees are trained in blind descriptions and in the basics of sign language.
