rose Garden
Garden of love
Almost 450 types and varieties of roses are on the eye of the visitor on a former factory site of 18,000 square meters. The collection of Bad Langensalzaer roses is particularly worth seeing in terms of grace and variety - between 1950 and 1990 91 rose varieties were cultivated here alone. Germany's only rose grower Anni Berger worked in Bad Langensalza. Among rose connoisseurs, the Bad Langensalzaer rose garden is considered one of the most beautiful in Germany, as the 2002 "Rosenstadt" award proves.
